Please read the following carefully! This form is to advise you of fees and penalties related to your cruise.
Once deposit is made: All payments are non-refundable.
All name changes will be assessed a $100.00 per name Change Fee. (Please determine
which party is to be billed prior to making changes.) All fees are per person. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposit Payment: The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. All monies paid are non-refundable. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Stateroom Deposits: These are per person deposits - $300/pp - Inside Staterooms; $350/pp Ocean View; $350/pp Veranda Staterooms; $400/pp and Suites and above; $450/pp. 3rd and 4th person pricing are $650/pp - Inside Staterooms; $750/pp Ocean View & $850/pp Veranda Staterooms and Suites. Single pricing Single pricing is the cost of the cabin based on double occupancy including taxes, less $400 all cabin types. Deposit is the same as above.
Port Charges/Taxes/Gratuities/Admin Fee: $242.00per person.
Monthly payments plan (required) This requires a full deposit based on your selected cabin class due at time of booking (see above). Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on December 5, 2013.
AutoPay: Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the fifth (5th) of each payment date. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay. If you will be sending a check, they must arrive in house on or before your payment is due.
Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late.
Final Balance Due Date: All monies due must be paid in full by December 5, 2013:
Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Flying Dutchmen Travel strongly recommends the purchase of Trip Insurance Signup Online
Excluded Charges: Charges are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, except for “Singles”, and do not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include all meals, shows and onboard events produced by the Country Cruising.
Fuel Surcharge: Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
If you have elected not to take Insurance, please read the online Travel Guard ProtectAssist Protection Trip Cancellation Insurance brochure. If you choose to take advantage of this insurance please contact our office immediately. Please read the Travel Guard form very carefully as the insurance only covers cancellations for unforeseen medical emergencies, trip delay, baggage protection and emergency medical evacuation. It will not cover cancellation because you change your mind. It is your responsibility to understand the conditions under which this insurance will cover you.
If you or an immediate family member not traveling with you has pre-existing medical conditions you MUST purchase this insurance within 20 days of the invoice date. This is not flexible.

Country Cruising, Flying Dutchmen Travel and all entertainers performing on the ship and their agents and Norwegian Cruise Line neither controls, nor operates, nor are they responsible for the actions of independent contractors such as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing. Your signature is binding. We reserve the right to change all itineraries and entertainers without notice and with no further obligation. Any dispute arising from this reservation must be settled in California.
Information and pricing is subject to change without notice.
