Pre-Cruise Preparation


All Country Cruisers receive two booking/reservation numbers. What’s the difference and when do I use them?

  • Flying Dutchmen Travel Registration Number: This unique number was provided to you at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Reference this number for any changes you may need to make to your reservation, ie. Personal information, insurance, dinning time, etc

  • Celebrity Cruises Reservation Number: Approximately 4 - 6 months from the cruise, Celebrity will open their pre-cruise planner – where you can customize your adventure! At that time, we will provide you with your Celebrity Reservation number.

    • Pre-Cruise Planner: Cruise Planner helps you arrange every detail before you even set sail. Pre-book your shore-excursions, beverage packages, Wi-Fi packages, spa treatments, photo packages, or airport transfers.

  • What next? Once you receive your Celebrity Reservation number, click here to create an account or login OR download the Celebrity App on your Apple or Android device. Then, start planning!!!

Travel Documentation:

For this cruise, all guests are required to present a valid passport. Please ensure your passport meets the following criteria:
  • Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the end date of your cruise.
  • Visas: If you are traveling from outside North America, please verify if visas are required for the US or Bahamas and ensure all necessary travel authorizations are obtained.
This requirement applies to all travelers, including U.S. and Canadian citizens. Having a valid passport is essential for boarding and re-entry into the United States.

Ensure you have your passport ready well in advance of your departure to avoid any travel disruptions.

Online Check-In:

  • Flying Dutchmen Travel will provide you with your Celebrity reservation number via email approximately 6 months ahead of your cruise.
  • Download the Celebrity APP in your app store now!
  • Celebrity App
  • Complete the online check-in process through the Celebrity Cruises website or mobile app at least three days before sailing.
  • Provide personal information, travel documentation, and set up your onboard payment method during check-in.

Travel Arrangements:

Flights: It's recommended to arrive in Fort Lauderdale at least one day before departure to account for any travel delays.


Arriving the day of?  We suggest you arrive to the ship between 11:30 - 2:00 PM. Please select a flight that allows plenty of time to de-plane, gather luggage, drive to the ship terminal and check-in at the ship terminal.


For your departure, we suggest you select a flight that leaves no earlier than 11:30 AM from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and 12:00 PM from Miami International Airport.


Transportation from airport/hotel to cruise terminal:

Country Cruising does not offer transfers to/from ship/airport/hotel. Plan in advance with the following options:

  • Celebrity Cruises’ Transfer (on day of embarkation and debarkation only). Please login into the Celebrity Cruises website or app and book your transfer at least 72 hours prior to the cruise
  • Taxi from Ft. Lauderdale/Miami airport 
  • Rideshares like Uber or Lyft

Pre-Cruise Hotel:

    • The questionnaire is part of the online check-in process. 
  • You can complete the questionnaire on the Celebrity Cruises website or app.
  • You can complete the questionnaire up to 48 hours before sailing

Beverage, Dining, and Wi-Fi Packages:

  • Once you receive your Celebrity Reservation number, you will be able to go online and book your desired Beverage, Dining, or Wifi packages.
Shore Excursions
  • Explore the unique offerings of Key West and Nassau by booking shore excursions in advance through the cruise line's portal.
